Use Desert Lime like you would any other lime.
Its unique strong citrus flavour means you can use less.
Add Desert Lime powder to:
Seafood dishes
Cocktails and Mocktails
Marinades
Sorbets
Add Desert Lime whole fruit to:
Fruit salads, chutney, sauerkraut and other preserves.
As a hot or cold garnish tossed around the pan in juices.
Add to Moroccan dishes (instead of preserved lemon)
Add to soups and curries.
Mixes well with:
Sea Parsley, Mountain Pepperleaf, Saltbush, Aniseed myrtle and Bush Tomato
