In a teapot or plunger - Use 1-2 teaspoons of the tea in 1-2 cups of hot water
Brew for 3-5 minutes to extract the colour of the Davidson Plum and the flavours and aromas of the River Mint.
Use any left over liquid to make a cool, icy, refreshing summer drink or cocktail.

ROSELLA CALYX FRUIT

(Hibiscus Sabdariffa) 

Grown in plantations in northern Australia without the use of chemicals or pesticides. Wild Rosella can be found in tropical and sub tropical areas of the east coast of Australia.

A new naturalised Australian wild plant has been here for around a thousand years and thought to have been bought over from Indonesia.

The whole plant is edible and the young leaves are great in salads.

The calyx is the hero part of the plant after flowering.  It grows into a fruit like calyx which has a Tart, raspberry flavour which can be used in sweet and savoury dishes as well as in beverages. 

Tastes similar to Rhubarb and Raspberry.  Makes an amazing Tea and colours the water red with its pigments.

How to Use
