Where are NATIF products sourced from

NATIF products are 100% sourced from all over Australia depending upon the region in which they are grown.  All of our ingredients are Australian grown by farmers and some products like Kakadu plum and Boab powder are harvested on Traditional homelands by Indigenous communities.

We pack down our products in a HACCP certified facility.

Storage of NATIF products

We recommend storing our herbs and spices in a cool, dark, dry place in a sealed container or using our zip-lock bags.  Shelf life for herbs and spices is 12-18 months or longer when stored correctly.

We recommend storing our dried or freeze dried fruits and fruit powders in an air tight containers or our using our zip-lock bags in the fridge where they keep for up to 2 years.

How do I track my parcel ?

We ship with Australia Post.  Once we dispatch your order you will receive a notification from Australia Post updating you with your delivery status until you receive your parcel.  If you didn't receive a tracking number we suggest checking your spam mail in case it went into there or typing in Australia post into your search bar in your emails.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do.  We ship Australia wide and Internationally.  You can check out the options upon checkout.

What is the Dispatch wait time?

We always dispatch the same or next day if your order is placed before 3pm.

You will always get an email from our website once your order has been fulfilled.

You are welcome to pick up from our warehouse if you are in Victoria on the same day you order or we can leave your order on our pick up shelving units so you can collect it anytime Mon-Fri 9-5pm.   You will get a pick up notification with all the details to collect it.
