HEMP SEED AND MUNTRIE CAKE
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of Hemp seeds
2 cups of Almond Meal
2 eggs
2 ripe Bananas
1 cup of Yoghurt
1/2 a cup of NATIF Muntrie powder
1 cup of whole NATIF Muntries
2 flat Tsp of Baking powder
1/2 Cup of Local honey
METHOD
Add absolutely everything to the blender and blend until combined
Line a spring form tin with baking paper and add mixture.
Add whole NATIF Muntries to the top of the cake and push them into the mixture so they don't burn.
Bake in medium heat oven for 45 minutes till lightly brown or when knife comes out clean from the middle.
Enjoy with a NATIF Roasted and Ground Wattleseed Latte.
