An easy blend of superfood nutrition that's quick an easy to make.

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp NATIF Muntrie powder

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup of mixed frozen berries

2 tablespoons of Australian grown Hemp seeds

1/2 cup of Milk/Mylk

METHOD

Blend for 30 seconds in a NutriBullet or other blender and sip away.

Muntries are a good source of vitamin C. They contain calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, sodium and fibre. Muntries have a greater antioxidant capacity than blueberries with over two times the phenolic compounds.
