Riberry Jam
Ingredients
NATIF freeze dried Riberries about 20g-30g
NATIF Riberry powder 10g
200g sugar
250ml water
2 apples, grated
Juice of a lemon
Method
Add all ingredients into a saucepan and simmer gently for about 30-45minutes until soft and jelly like.
Set aside to cool and put into jars that have been sterilised.
You can store it in the fridge for a couple of months.
Enjoy on whole-grain sourdough toast or sprouted bread - yum !
