MUNTRIE HEALTH BITES
These are delicious and nutrient dense snacks. Rolled in NATIF Muntrie powder, a true native Australian superfood.
1 1/2 Cups of Oats or Almond Flour
2 Pitted dates
1/2 cup of Hemp seeds
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1/2 cup of peanut butter
20g of Muntrie Powder
Blend all ingredients into a food processor until combined and forms a mass.
Add extra coconut or hemp seed oil if needed.
