1 cup of Coconut water

1/4 tsp of NATIF River mint

1/4 Cup of Blanched Warrigal Greens (or use baby Spinach)

1/2 an Avocado

1/4 tsp of NATIF Kakadu Plum Powder

2 Pitted dates
