NATIF ROASTED WATTLESEED GRIND Almond Mylk

NATIF Roasted Wattleseed Grind Almond Mylk 

This recipe is easy, different and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of almonds or Macadamia nuts
  • 2 Tbs of NATIF Roasted Wattleseed Grind
  • 2 Cups of warm water

 Method:

  • Just soak the almonds and wattle seed grind overnight or for 2 hours in warm water to soften and infuse the flavour of the wattle seeds.
  • Blend in a food processor or blender for up to 2 minutes to infuse flavour and create the mylk.
  • Strain the mylk into a glass bottle and keep the almond meal and wattle seeds aside.
  • Store the mylk in the glass bottle in the fridge for up to 3 days and use for breakfast, smoothies, shakes
  • Store the almond meal and wattle seeds for up to 3 days in an air-tight container in the fridge and use for healthy deserts, muesli.
  • Delicious and nutritious.
