Wattleseed and Lemon Mrytle Health Snacks

WATTLESEED & LEMON MYRTLE HEALTH SNACKS

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup of Raw Oats (Blend into smaller pieces)

1 Cup LSA (or any other seed, nut or protein blend you have)

1/2 Cup of Coconut oil (add more if needed)

2 teaspoons of Honey or Maple Syrup

NATIF  Lemon Myrtle

NATIF Wattleseed grind (if your using the 20-40g NATIF corse Wattleseed you'll have to grind it to a fine powder or use the 120g bag which has already been ground for you)

METHOD

Blend oats, then add seed mix.

Pour in the coconut oil, honey and mix all together in food processor until a large ball forms.

Add more coconut oil if needed.

Portion into 10 or more balls and roll half into the lemon myrtle and half into the wattle-seed powder.

Enjoy as a healthy snack.
