The Peppermint Gum grows in the woodlands and forests of South Eastern Australia. The essential oils in the leaves smell like Peppermint and Eucalyptus gum and tastes slightly minty.

As a decongestant tea for cold symptoms As a calmative to improve gastro-intestinal symptoms.

Use the milled spice to flavour deserts, fruit dishes and tarts, add to marinades, baking, sauces, teas and other beverages.
As a TEA: Steep 1 tsp into boiling water for up to 3 minutes and strain.
