DESERT LIME HEALTH BITES
I love the unique citrus tang of Native Desert Limes with the contrast of sweet currents and smooth chocolate with lots of healthy nuts, seeds and rice puffs. This recipe is so easy to make.
10g of NATIF Desert Lime Powder
1 cup of Australian grown Currants
1 cup of Hemp seeds
1/4 cup of Chia seeds
1 cup of brown rice puffs
1 cup of Macadamia nuts
1/4 cup of shelled pumpkin seeds
20g of NATIF Desert Lime fruit
1 cup of coconut oil (melted)
2 cups of melted dark 70% chocolate
Tip all the ingredients together into a very large bowl and mix thoroughly with your clean hands.
Pour in the warm coconut oil and mix to cover all the ingredients
Pour melted chocolate into the mix until blended
Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray, push to level and flatten into the tin
Put the tray into the fridge for at least 2 hours to set.
Cut into small bite size peices
Enjoy 1-2 pieces as a snack throughout the day.
