NATIF BUSH BREAKFAST WITH KAKADU PLUM, QUANDONG & WATTLESEED
Ingredients
NATIF KAKADU PLUM powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
NATIF QUANDONGS fruit - 4
NATIF WATTLESEED - 2 Teaspoons
Cooked Raw Oats - 1 Cup
Wattleseed Almond Mylk (see this NATIF blog - Wattleseed for recipe) - 1/2 Cup
Coconut Yogurt - 1/2 Cup
Almonds (or Macadamia - which are Australian Native) - 6
Mango slices - Half a mango
Australian Honey - 1 Teaspoon
Spring of Native Herb (Native Thyme)
Method
Make Wattleseed Almond Mylk (or use store bought Mylk/Milk)
Soak 4 NATIF QUANDONGS in some boiling water to soften.
Add 1 Cup of Cooked Raw Oats to plate and make a well in the centre
Add the 1/2 a cup of Wattleseed Almond Mylk in the middle like a volcanic lake!
Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of Wattleseeds into the well of the mylk/milk to soften
Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of NATIF KAKADU PLUM around the oats
Decorate with the Almonds, Mango, Yogurt and NATIF QUANDONGS,
Add a spring of your favourite leaf herb.
Swirl some raw native honey around the whole dish to make it yummy and delicious.
