Wattleseed Pancakes


Use our NATIF Wattleseed Flour Blend to make these easy pancakes.

Use our NATIF Gluten Free Wattleseed Flour Blend as an easy alternative.


2 free-range eggs

125g NATIF Wattleseed Flour Blend

250ml milk or 1 cup (any kind)

Unsalted butter or Olive Oil to fry


1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the flour blend and the milk, then mix until smooth.

2. Melt the butter (or oil) in a large frying pan on medium heat, spreading the butter (or oil) over the pan.

3.  Pour enough batter to make a thin layer over the base and cook for 1-2 minutes

4.  Flip to the other side and cook for another 1 minute or until golden brown

5.  Serve with Banana & Honey.

*Alternatively make a Wattleseed Syrup using a strong condensed Wattleseed brew (in a coffee plunger) then mix into honey - as shown in the pic).

*If you have any fresh Fingerlimes - add those also (as shown in the pic).
