Fun, quick, easy and simple to make
Ingredients:
Dark chocolate
NATIF Desert Lime Fruit
NATIF Muntrie Fruit
NATIF Davidson Plum Pink Salt
Pitted Dates
Nuts - Almonds, walnuts or macadamia nuts if you have them
Grapes - Red and Green
Figs
Raspberries
**Or just any other fruit you need to use up.
Method:
Prepare all the cut up fruit into tiny pieces before melting the chocolate and add them into separate dishes or onto a chopping board.
Line 2 large baking trays with some grease proof paper
Melt some dark chocolate in a microwave (following instructions on the pack) and stir until smooth and cool slightly to thicken.
Add 1 soupspoon of chocolate to the baking tray, line them up in rows making sure you leave room for about 12 per baking tray.
Add the fruit and nuts making sure you make each tray with different combinations of the ingredients.
You only need a really tiny amount of the Davidson Plum Pink Salt on some.
You could even swirl some peanut butter over some!
When finished, add the trays to the fridge for at least 1 hours before serving.
Wrap them up to give as gifts for family and friends. But make sure you keep them cool because they melt easily.
